Due to demand we are putting on another Race Ready Session in September. The format is the same as previous sessions and aimed at Female Adventure Racers competing in the ‘Team Donegal Adventure Challenge’.

Coaches will cover fundamental aspects associated with racing on a Sit on Top kayak.

These will include paddling techniques particular to individual needs, boat trim, balance as well as some sneaky race strategies to give you the edge!
