You can make a provisional booking by phone or email. The relevant
application form will then be sent to you. You should complete and
return the form to the Centre, with the appropriate, non refundable
deposit.
The balance of the full course fee should be paid three weeks (i.e.
15 working days) in advance of the course commencement date. Group
bookings are priced on the understanding that the minimum number booked
is adhered to.
If a course is booked less than 15 working days before the course
commencement date, the full course fee must be paid immediately to
secure booking. Should you wish to have your course fee invoiced,
you must include an official purchase order form with your completed
course booking form.
If you cancel your booking within 5-15 working days of your course
start date, a 50% refund will be made. If you cancel less than 5 working
days prior to the course start date, there will be no refund.
The Centre reserves the right to cancel where there are insufficient
numbers to run the course. In each case, the Centre will make every
effort to give ample notice, and a full refund will be made.
Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, cheque or cash.
